Open to both men and women, this competition will test raw strength, endurance, technique and determination across five challenging events.

- Open to participants aged 15 and above.
- Participants must be physically fit and free from chronic medical conditions that could affect safe participation.
- Participants must be prepared to complete all competition events.
- Participation is at the athlete’s own risk. The organiser disclaims liability for injuries sustained during the competition, subject to applicable law.
