Bangkok, 26 April 2026 — Malaysian athlete Arif Khalil delivered an outstanding performance to claim the title at the FitWhey Strongestman 2026, held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The competition featured strongman athletes from multiple countries and offered substantial prize money, with the champion taking home 250,000 Baht.
This year’s edition adopted a compact yet demanding format, consisting of three key events: the 300kg tyre flip, 260kg deadlift (as many reps as possible – AMRAP), and a 5-ton truck pull.
Arif secured the overall victory through consistent performances across all three disciplines, outperforming his international competitors.
The runner-up received 150,000 Baht, followed by 75,000 Baht for third place. Fourth and fifth place winners were awarded 50,000 Baht and 25,000 Baht, respectively.
This victory marks a significant milestone for Arif Khalil, further establishing him as one of Malaysia’s leading strongman athletes on the international stage.
